DRUNKEN BEANS

Oh, snap! *falls into pool of green liquid with a hint of red* Actually, I just wanted to say SNAP! Why? Because I can. DUH! Yes, after a million years (20 days) I am updating! I will not take the blame I tell ya! All my comps were down. No, I’m serious. One had this freakishly annoying tendency to freeze every 5 minutes (if you’re lucky, 10), the other was stuck in an eternal “no starting or going to the startup page but just goes round and round, never turning into the frickin road (even though it’s a huge road)!” loop of DOOM! Okay, so now it’s back and everything’s good!

So yeah, that day I went to see Priceless (French with subbies) at the Alliance Francaise. Subbies is such a great word innit! ANYWAYS, it was an awesome movie. You have to go watch it people! The French really know how to make em’ funneh =D. I think I’ll go there every other week to catch their movies. Imma start learning French which will be awesome! Though I think I’d sound like an idiot saying voo ve vaaaa. You can so imagine the woman smoking that longASS cigarette with a short bob and red lipstick sitting in a high class café crossing her legs and leaning back. RIGHT??? Clichéd, I know.

Yesterday was so insanely unfair! During recess (since it was first recess, I didn’t get to hang with the whole gang) me and Alia’a were sitting near Wallace the smallASS Whale and talking about our future Peanut Butter Company. OMG, the products we came up with involving the peanut butterness was so I-don’t-care-if-I-get-diabetes/obese-I-want-ten-tons-of-PB-NOW inducing. I can just die. Literally! *dies* ----------/\/\--/\/\/\/\--- that’s my heart beating again! Thank you kind keyboard =]. At least SOME people are good to me! I’m saying that asif somebody out there was cruel, but for the fun of it, let’s say there is! See what you did to me??? You ruined my life. Are you HAPPY now? You psycho.

Moving on from that weird outburst, I’m supposed to be getting ready to go out! Today we’re gonna celebrate MonMon’s birthday. VERY belated, I know. Better than nothing yeah. Toodles everybody *waves by just flapping four fingers up and down in the fakest way possible (I’m wearing white gloves too!)*

COSMIC --An Ode to Homer Simpson--

9th March

Currently: sitting at the dining room table drinking chrysanthemum tea while listening to songs. =]

We just finished our ASS mid term exams on Friday. We might as well have em twice a year (was gonna say never but let’s not push it!). C’mon teachers! I know you’re out there… reading my blog? Woah, bad thoughts right? Teacher’s are almost a whole other species if organism don’t you think? Even if we suddenly see them walking around in the malls, we’re all “Omg, What in the name of *insert name of choice* is she doing here??”, as if they are supposed to stay at home to plan their next way to make our lives more awkward and miserable. Yeah, I know, such an understatement!

Moving on, yesterday was pretty awesome. Mon came over so we could go Relay For Life together later. We were in the room singing “Vampire” with our superior singing skills (so skilled that David Archuleta is so amazed. Lollage!) All the songs from Juno are great. It’s sorta unconventional lyrics-wise but that’s the best part. Anyways, we went down to watch American Gangster with me mum and bro. That show had a good story but it was seriously dragged out (3 hours!) beyond belief. Seriously, you can practically see the shreds of that movie all over the road due to over-dragging, flying away into the black abyss of depression. Well maybe that’s exaggerating it a tad (why not john or ben eyh? “Stop asking stupid questions carol!” *whimpers and goes walking into the sunset hoping to find john or ben*) bit. When the oh-so-scrumptious pizza came, Mon took a piece and put a lil’ chocette on it. I was giving her such a ‘are you insane’ look and she just looked at me all innocently trying to convince me that it’s yummeh. It actually has an…interesting taste I think. Sorta weird. Half way through the movie, everything got so dark and rain was pouring down like CRAZILY. I think even cats and dogs can’t compete with those… zebras? Lol. Was kinda worried about how we’re gonna go to Relay like that but Jan texted “I don’t care about weather! It’s for charity man!”. Motivational huh?

At 6 ish, we got there and I was wearing purple sweat pants. Guess what? The shirt was PURPLE! I was gonna look like a big aubergine with legs 0.o. When we got changed we went to stand by the barrier surrounding the whole “relaying” area. The cheerleaders were supposed to perform in the middle and it was already drizzling a wee bit. Malaysians (the VIP) being their late-self caused a hold up and was giving some boring (I didn’t actually listen) speech while we stood in the rain. To entertain ourselves, Mon, Sarah and I started breathing in helium from the balloons. We sounded so squeakily annoying. Lol. After their performance they let everyone start relaying (supposed to walk round and round from 6pm-10am). We only did it for 3. Me and Sarah walked together most of the time and she actually told me about a whole movie, Death at A Funeral. I wanna watch it! British humorous movie, man. What’s not to like? Oh yeah, we had a break in between to go and grab some food. They had a lot of stuff! I bought cinnamon and banana rolls (only cause the woman seemed so nice and spazzy, just the way we like. Lol) which were super yum! Got this tomyam fried rice too. Good stuff baby! Continued walking and went home at around 1030. My shoes and the lower part of me pants were totally muddified!!! My fam were just so intent on seeing the results for the election online. “hi, mum!” * she stares at screen* “Muuummmm…?” *finally looks at me…”hmm?” goes back to staring at screen*. Feeling the love! Lol. It was pretty funny actually. Hokay, that was the end of my exciting day =D.

Bearclaw

29th Feb (Friday)

Sports Day baby! After a lot of coaxing on Jan and Mon’s part, I finally agreed to go. I was thinking of being all goody-goody and stay home to study. But logically, who in their right mind can study for 12 hours in a day. PSYCHO’s out there, please go away! *whimpers with fear…(fakely of course)*. Anyways, being a blog, I should actually TELL you what happened yea? Well, er, Mon picked me up and I gave her that Mars Bars-y cornflakes-y thingmajiggum. Except it wasn’t Mars but Snickers. I went to TWO shops and they were out of Mars. Like what kind of business are they trying to run huh??! Being all MarsBar-less. They will fail. Bluahahah! FYI, the shops concerned are E-Mart and Caltex. So chances of them failing are like ZERO! Sad innit? My hopes and dreams of having shops in their state of non-MarsBarness close down are crushed! Moving on (hey you guys in the back, I said we’re moving on! Pack up your lil’ picnic. Waddya think this is, some sort of sunny day in the park theme? People nowadays…. So unreliable. TskTsk) when we got there, Mon and Kai spent like 20minutes squealing about David Archuleta! See the weirdness I have to put up with. They should be thankful I’m still sticking around! Kidding =P. It started raining! So we had to move to the grand stand and set up our lil’ corner…which is not actually a corner. It’s like in the middle and stuff. But corner sounds wayyyy cooler. Look, ‘Lil Corner’ or ‘Lil Middle of Stand Area’. AHA, undeniable that “corner” wins! So, yeah. Weena came with a cooler full of drinks and brought Ruffles (woah the yummyness =D). It was till raining but people were still running. I was all “Awwww. Go school spirit”. Actually I’m lying, I didn’t think that. But I still cheered! Give me SOME credit! Ooh, to make monehh, Vanessa (Cavell’s Pres) gave us those coloured hair sprays to sell. As in one strip of pink for 50 sen. I became the test subject . Before I knew it, everyone was walking around all pinkeh. Weee! It was a fun day.

2nd March

I was so ready to put 31st Feb, then I realized. Lol. Funny innit? I mean of all the months to choose to have 28 days (cept the leap year) why February? Seriously! So today I woke up at 6 30 after like 5 hours of sleep cause Jan was gonna come and take me to Youth Park for Walk For A Change. The name says it all really. Around 500 people came! Woot Wooot! We did aerobics to stretch them muscles. At the starting line, me Jan and Weena were like standing in front of everyone cause we want to lead! Feel the enthusiasm oozing??! Lol. It was good =). Think we walked 3km or sumtin (holding some orange balloon. We looked funneh!) People from the back were all catching up and I felt the pressure!!! Actually I didn’t because winners don’t get any prizes. Lol. Whatever it is, Weena is so frickin fast. Me and Jan were like WTH! So anyways, when this Datuk dude finally crossed the finish line, we all gathered to release our balloons. Let me tell you, once they’re super high up in the air, it just looks like some disgusting alien-produced disease was invading the earth. SICK!

Where the heck do the balloons go? Float into the black abyss of space forever or what? Maybe they all pop and land on someone’s head O.O

OH, then we went down to the stage area and they had some lucky draws/performances/speeches. I won a RM200 Speedy thing. It was just 4CD’s. I don’t listen to ANY of them. I should just give it away to someone else. T-Pain’s new album, anyone? It’s FREE. Performance-wise, there was this awesome duo!!! The girl singing playing the bongo-ish drums (just two) and the dude playing acoustic guitar. Gosh the girl’s voice is like WOAH. We got dragged up by the host to go and clap/dance on stage cause the crowd was as lively as a sloth who was in a coma! Jeez man, some Penang people are so lame. Grrr. FlyFM crew came too. One of the guys is so crazy. Really fun tho. He can do that really deep cinema advert voice. Oohlala! =D. A whole load of lucky draws later, the thing ended (Jan and Weena were annoyed they didn’t get the RM500 Bobbi Brown thingo). Now I’m sitting here, eating leftover CNY cookies. YUM! I should stop before my stomach stores it permanently! Imagine if I turned 90 and it’s still there. Lol. Yeah. I should actually get back to studying my History. I think it’s getting lonely there! *looks over at book to see that loveletters are lying on top of it* Guess not?

Bearclaws look yum!
