Cruncheh, Crayzeh, Blotteh

VOOOOSHHH! SPM is finally over! Though, I felt it never really had a beginning or an end. Just a mass of middleness, if that makes any sense. LOL. Basically just f l o a t e d through it. Didn't feel like a major exam. WHYYY? Okay, Imma shuddup now. Who cares about how I felt. IT'S OVER, BABY! When it ended, Me and the spazzes (Jan, Mon, Kai and Mei) checked into Bayview and went jet ski-ing! T'was awesome after so long waiting for the day. SIGHHH. and of course we did bump into a couple of "celebrities". Saw a typical hot guy (whom Mon and Mei were stalking. Jeez =P), Jason Mraz (he just wore those Jason-ish sunnies =D), Robert De Niro, Borat and some hairy dude (how's he a celebrity? Reminded us of KingKong. LOLCATS)

After swimming around and laughing a hell load (Me and Kai were hurting from it! All because of Jan acting like a retard. HAHA), we got ready and went out for dinner at Mario's. ZOMG, the food there was AMAYYYYZINNNGG. Had Risotto, Pasta Pesto, Mustard Chicken and Pizza. Yummmxxorzz. Though the manager/waitress/whatever-post-she's-supposed-to-hold woman, who I totally despise for being totally unprofessional and a total ASS, was pestering us to buy a round of drinks so that we can "relax and have fun cuz we just finished our SPM". Jeez, totally slappable, really! Kai was so pissed (for like a minute. Ooh).

Anyways, after indulging in all that yummyness, the rain had stopped! So we walked along the Batu market, looking at random objects. I Didn't buy anything tho. The rest of them did. Around 11 we took a taxi back to the room. Well not exactly. As if the taxi crashed through the whole hotel trying to get to our room door. HAHAHA! =P

We ate so much! Jan brought chocolatey cake which i LoveLoveLOVE, Apricot cream cheese and peanut butter with Ritz, Tiger biscuits (lol), some cookies I baked, andddd YAKULT! That's all i can remember. We ate, talked, ate, spazzed, ate,took pics, ate....and MORE EATING. Maybe exaggerating a wee bit. But at 5 in the morning, we finally stopped and went to sleep. 3 hours later, we were up! Went down for brekkies, then for a swim. But Kai had to leave early cuz she was going to KL -_- My momma picked us up at 12 sumtin and dropped us at Gurney. We watched Twilight, which I'm not so impressed by. That Edward was a total creep. Such a RAPIST! Okay, not such a good adjective, but there's just no other way of describing his ...constipated expression throughout the whole movie. His acting bombed. Kristen Stewart was really good though. Anyways, when we got home at night, Jan, Mon and I were totally zonked.

Next day, Shera came and I cooked Linguini Aglio e Olio and made chocolate mousse for her. WE watched Pretty Persuasion which was REALLY twisted, but I enjoyed it. Evan Rachel wood was just so good in it. Later, in the evening, we went down to Uplands to watch the Cinderella pantomime. It was hilarious! Carene, who played Cinderella was aweshum! I've never seen her acting before though. I'm proud of her! And the dude who played the ugleh step sister was SOOO FUNNNY! I could watch it all over again really. Lol.

On Saturday I went down to KL cuz I wanted to go for Taylor's College Open Day. So, Yas picked me up and I hung out at her place. We were just catching up on everything throughout the trip =]. At Taylor's, I went for the talk by Chef In Black, Emmanuel Stroobant. He was really funny! His talk was SO interesting. I could listen to him go on for hours actually. Too bad it was only for an hour or so. I learnt so much about the Culinary World from him =D. We then went to KLCC for lunch. ZOMG, a Godiva shop opened there, and I just HAD to buy some chocolates. It was DO OR DIE. Lol, okay, maybe not but still!

Next morning I was on the bus back to Penang. Oh, the bus driver was so ASS! He put the air cond on full blast and I was practically slowly entering the Ice Age in there. Jeez. Good thing I brought About A Boy along to read (it's a really good book btw) and me iPod. Stupid story: I only had five songs on it. WTF, I later found out it was cuz i ejected it fromt he comp too early and only 5 songs were synced or wtv. Blehhhh =/.

Moving on, back in Penang I just hung out with me momma. After dinner, I went to Queens and met up with Jan, Mei, Naz and a couple of his friends. It was actually a really random meet up but I was so happy to see them again! Just went to Tgi's for some drinks.

YEAP! So today is the day that I finally settled down at home since the exams. Lol, as if my life is so hectic huh? Tomorrow I'll be hanging out with Mon and Mei. Gonna watch Quantum of Solace! I don't care about whether it sucks or not, I need to watch it! Lol. I'll actually be getting up at 7 sumtin and it's already 2am now, yet I'm still here. Woooooooooh.

Sorry, I kinda like fell in a hole on the way to BlogVille a month back. In there, I got sucked into studying and SPM! *shuddderrsss* I have now managed to escape =D but, as we speak, the hole is expanding at the rate of a gazillion square miles per second before i drop in there again =/. Such is life. WHHHATTT?

Meh, i got this weirdass rash a few days ago. It's sorta going away. I have my moments of itchiness which come so randomly I feel radioactive man! Okay, so that was lame. Can't blame me! I just finished revising Physics, so my brain is saturated with all that "Oh, wow! Natural Phenomenons! What IS that? Let's all find out kids (imagine in the fakestASS voice ever) so that you can be miserable learning about vibrating particles" at the moment =). Such joys in life, wouldn't you say?

As i sit here, I look around my room (okay, my brother's room) trying to look for inspiration (to do what exactly? I don't know -_-) but instead I find:. A goose! LOLCATS! Well, they're actually a couple of geese in the shape of a measuring cup. AWWW... Gosh, I should get a life, huh? Nah, I'm good. =P

Tomorrow I'll be attending the Practical talk thingamajiggum....you know, about driving and whatnot. Such a useless waste of time, but what can you do?! SIGGHH. I'll bring Bio along. I'm sure reading about how air dissolves in some insects' bodily fluids will be way more interesting, no? Meh.

OH! Lemon Tree just came on. Gosh, that song is the cutest thing =D. I like the part in the beginning where they smash a glass. Makes ME wanna smash a glass. Ooh, how convenient; I have a whole stack of glasses next to me. *starts smashing it around the room* *shard of glass gets stuck in my eye* *starts running around the room holding onto eye with blood spurting out* OW! My, eyeee!!! AHHHHHHHH =[

Oktoberfest

Wooh, I just got back from Oktoberfest! It was really fun. Gosh, the amount of alcohol there would probably fill up 10 Olympic-sized swimming pools! Hmmm, maybe that's an exaggeration but it sure looked that way.
I went there with Me mom and MonMon =D. We got there around 7 and got German food. YUMMEH stuff. Sausage, mash potatoes, some bread thing and saurkraut topped with LOTS of gravy 0=). Mon got the potato salad instead of mash. But it was ALL just so good. We ate everything before looking for drinks

Funny (not really) story. We went over to the stand and asked for iced tea. YAY. Drank it and yeah. It was Long Island Ice Tea. WTH! I didn't know there was gonna be alcohol in it =/. Apparently that place doesn't sell water which is uber weird. Just want everybody to get drunk or something. ANYWAYS, we found bottled water but it was from the Prize Stand. Lol, like we're supposed to win a game and then you'll get that? Water=gold? But yeah the guy sold it to us :D

After that we walked around the place taking picturesss. Everyone there was so merry. Haha. They actually flew in an ahOompah Band from Germany for the music. Crayzehh. But they're good! The woman can yodel really well man! So yeah, me and Mon also bought waffles with apple sauce. It tasted really good! Warm waffles and cold apple sauce with a sprinkling of icing sugar. Heee =D. Oh yeah, and Mon wanted to be all adventurous and tried Jello Shots. Gosh, the weirdest 10 bucks spent. It tasted like jellyfied cough medicine with alcohol -_- Bleughh.
After that they had this Beer-drinking contest on the stage. The guys one was awesome but for the girls', not so. They were so slow and... scared? I donno. The dude who won looked like he could beat ANYBODY to a pulp. BigAss, tattooed guy. Lol.

WE went home at around.. 1030? Yeah, droppped Mon home and I just came back!
Was pretty tiring actually.

Well trials are officially over! Not that there was an announcement made for everybody to know, but there should be eh? Some (most) people just started their trials which is awesome! I have no idea how is it awesome though O.o
Hmm, giving that very last paper to the teacher made me grin =D like an idiot, then I realised and tried acting all cooool. Maybe that didn't happen.

Me and Mon relaaxxed. Well, we actually watched From Hell, a movie with Johnny Depp =]
It was pretty creepy. It's about Jack the Ripper, except in this story they DO find out and catch the dude. 

After that we just hung about online checking out songs and trying to learn some. I shall (one day) fulfill a request made by Mon to learn HeyHey by Eric Clapton. I’m not sure if she requested… oh well. I want to. Then she was wrapping presents cuz my mum came home with no time to do it. Mon was being all creative and put some little pleat thing. Okay maybe pleat isn’t the word. T’was just this folded…okay. I shall not explain it. Lol, as if my brain is THAT dead.

MOVING ON! Then we went to make dinner! Actually that was the whole point of Mon coming. I wanted her to try this Risotto I made. PENANG DOESN’T SELL IT. Total Assification. But, my mum was lucky enough to get a packet from her friend =D. So yeah, it was leftover risotto and ratatouille and we grilled some chicken. Glad Mon liked it. PHEW! 

After dinner plan was to watch The Nanny Diaries. We LOVE that movie so much! It’s so awesome and creative how they did it. That’s what I think anyway.

 Hmmmmm, it was a fun day. Now the weekend is here! Had my first sleep-in after so long waking up early in the morning to study =/. I think I owe my body 20 hours of sleep! But, I’m thinking it’s totally forgotten about it, if that’s possible. Lol.

 

But I know the fun can’t last that long. Have to hit the books once again, but it won’t be as intense. I think it won’t be that bad. I mean, if I’m not revising I’m just wasting the day away with so many unproductive things =P. 

I just realized I haven’t been to the movies in ageeesssss. I’m so left behind with all the new releases, but is there really anything worth getting excited about?

 I know what I’m behind on; All the shows that I download. I can’t get them though cuz my computer has gone bust. All my music is in there and I can only listen by going on youtube which is uber irritating! Hopefully it gets repaired soon and I shall be one with all my … programs? Hokaayyy.

Enough spammage
SO, last night I went to The View at Equitorial to celebrate my momma's birthday. I was so excited because the last time I went, they had a chocolate fountain. But, when I walked into the room, NO CHOCOLATE FOUNTAIN! =[ Okay, i wasnt that bummed... The food was just so amazing anyway!Started off with the usual bread which tasted so amazing. Soft, warm and herby. Yum. For appetisers they had a buffet. I took tons of salmon and other random-looking foods which tasted awesome regardless!

Mmmm, after that they served Roasted Pumpkin soup which was like zomgbbqwthtotallydelicious! Haha, but i had to refrain myself to save space in me tummy for the main course of course! But they had this cleansing your palet thing and served a sorbet. Not sure what flavour it was but t'was scrumptious.

My Cod finally came. It did not disappoint! Served with herb risotto and red pepper coulis. The combination was WOAH. I tried my bro's and mom's food which was equally wonderful. I ate it slowly to savour every moment (and i was scared I'd get full too fast. So I followed the French way =D).

Dessert time! Had quite a selection. I took ice cream with chocolate sauce(extremely good), tiramisu, brownie-ish cake topped with alot of chocolate, cheeses and some tart thing. I was just so happy eating all those creations. MMMMmm.... *sighs with contentment*

I finished the meal off with a cuppacino and went home feeling so full. But not that really uncomfortable fullness where you feel like dying! It was just nice =D
I can't wait to be the person cooking up all those meals! WEEE!

So today was practically filled with studying interspersed with mannnyyy distractions. LOL.

Nothing much, tomorrow i have the dreaded school! DumDumDum! Okay, it won't be that bad. imma go to MeiMei's after that to bake some cookies =D

Oh ya, it was my mum’s birthday too. I went to look for her present yesterday. At first we went to Midlands and they had absolute crap. Nothing. Zilch! Seriously, that place is so dead I can’t believe people still go there! Well, I actually go there for cheap DVD’s. Hehe. Yesh, innocent citizen sitting here! *halo glows brighter* Bleh, whatever. You guys do it too! Please show me somebody who buys original, and I’ll show you…anti-blackhole cream. HAHA. Trust me, it’s not as random as it sounds. Yeah, after that zombified place, we popped into Gurney for abit. We wanted to get me mum some ornamental thing but evidently, they offer rubbish there! But, looking at the legend/directional thingy we saw Royal Selangor (Awesome) I went there and found a cork popper...whatever you call it. Lol. But couldn’t take it home cuz we wanted to engrave it!

So yeah, at midnight we called me mum up for “mysterious” reasons. Lol, so lame. And presented her with BEAUTIFUL cards. Pretty retarded actually. Lollage. YeapYeap.

So I went home all inspired and went on to bake…..POTATO WEDGES! Yeah, so unrelated, I know! It’s all gone now. Me bro ate it all =(. Actually it was for him. So I should be happy =). YAY

I am wasting so much time. I should’ve studied and instead I’m spazzing about doing god knows what O.o. *vows to study hard tomorrow* Hohoho. Maybe Santa will pay me a visit. Just for fun!

Anyway, the computer is lagging and the words are coming out a the speed of light when it finally registers that i typed something. It's so movie-like where you see the actors typing things impossibly fast. It's either that, or I'm really slow. Lol
Today i went out to the oh-so-exciting Queens. That place is actually really annoying for some reason. But yeah, a few days before, sharnaz (MeiYen's guy...like she owns him huh?) called asking whether I can go to this surprise party for Mei. So sweet of him =]. Since he said the cake cost him his right kidney, how could i refuse! Yeah, not dramatic at all. Amazingly none of us let it slip that we were planning anything. So skilled =D.

Got there at 12 since he wanted us there early. Apparently he was still somewhere else -_-
Once we went to TGI's, Naz was just sitting there and realised he didn't pick up the cake yet. LOL, the way he does things just made me and jan laugh so much. Around 1 he went to meet Mei. When she came in we all shouted SURPRISE!!! She was pretty shocked we were all there.
We actually planned for the waiter to bring out the cake when she came. But the dude was so incompetent. Came like 5 minutes late and the cake wasn't even lit! Good thing Mei was looking in the other direction and all of us were motioning for him to go back! We started laughing so much but Mei didn't get it. Our excuse was so lameass! We said we saw a cool car; like yeahhh so hilarious eh?
When the guy finally brought it out all lit, they forced mei to sing a song of her choice (she chose PingPong song by Enrique) using a bottle of ketchup as her mike. Lol.
The food I ordered was so good! The name of it was Mushroom, Chicken and Mushrooms. Yeah, WTH??? I thought they made a mistake actually. But apparently that's what it's called. Ngeh, whatever. Came with Cheddar Cheese Mash Potatoes. THE YUMMEYNESS!!! *sighs in satisfaction from thinking of it*
They brought the cake out again after everyone finished eating. It was so good. Ice cream cake from Baskin!

Freely Flaunting Frocks

Woahhh, it's been a month since I last blogged. Lol. So nice of me, i know. Well basically (this will be REALLY basic), i had holidays where I did nothing for one week and went out alot the next week. On the day before school reopened, we went to Jewel's bday partayy. I had a really awesome time. Went canoeing with MonMon out in the vast blue (it wasn't REALLY blue, more like greenish blabla =P) sea. At first we were just circling the same area but after awhile we somehow strayed away from the shore cause we were rowing here and there for more than an hour. Then, Me, Mon, Mei and Vicki got really amused with Jellyfish. ROFLCAKES! We got to shore just before sunset just in time to light up the sandcake. Yeap, it's as appetising as it sounds. Try it some time eyh? *shoves triangular-shaped sand block into your mouth* MUHAHAHA. O.o
Soooo... right! Then we went to the next venue to have the poolside dinner thingy. At that time I hadn't eaten since forever because Me Mon and SarahR were at KDU as Zombie's for a haunted house thing. LOL. That was fun =D. Before eating, we had to change into dressies and whatever. It was pretty insane having 20 girls in a teeny bathroom/toilet thing. Good day =]

Hmm, two weeks of school after that just involved us getting marks and wasting time in class because teacher's didn't wanna come in =/. Vicki now wants to strangle 4 teachers! LOL.

The week for Prom, I went to look at contacts. Yeah, how insane am I? Wanting to buy a whole set of contacts just for PROM! Don't worreh, everyone was wearing it. Hehe. I'm not so weird after all! ( I don't feel better at all O.o).
Anywaysss, on Friday (20th June), I went to Dorsett to watch a series of plays. Mumxxorz wanted me and bro to go. She was in two plays ( I helped her rehearse!!! Okay, end of "modest" moment). Twas pretty good, especially the first one cause it was a comedy. My mum was the best actress there!!! No, I'm not just saying that. GRRR. Played a really Dotty character. LOLLAGE. Giant ass wigs and stuff.

When I go home, I was planning on sleeping early so I won't be tired and stuff for the next day. THAT totally backfired cuz I went ot bed at 4 30 AM. HAHA! Smartness. But the assy thing was I woke up at 10. The only time that I give my body TONS of time to sleep, it doesn't take it. WHAT is THAT about??? Yeah, I should control my self. =P

Around 4 PM on Saturday, Vicki's Mum picked me up. We were only on the road for like 4 minutes when I realised I forgot my ticket. Genius, yeah? Embarrassing moment actually. Mon gave me this look...it's indescribable really. Lol. Then... we checked into City Bayview Hotel. We got ready. Mon helped with me hair which was curled. I think it uncurled itself throughout the night but whatever! I was putting on a wee bit of make up when Yas came! It was so good seeing her again. We talked for abit. Spazzy conversation but that's what we do! After she left Jan came by and her mum took us to E&O which is just one minute away. How retarded is that. We just didn't wanna sweat. =P. When we arrived, WOAH I saw all these beautiful dresses, everybody looked so good! WE spent like an hour just taking pictures out in the Garden and with the view of the sea and stuff. We finally went in the Ballroom and it began (oh yeah, mon lost her ticket! Apparently it flew away in the wind. LOL!!! Okay it wasn't that funny but you know, it was! =P). Was pretty good.
Highlights: I won iPod Shuffle in the lucky draw! ( I wasn't as excited as the other people on my table. Lol. Especially Mon. Wanted me to give the thing to her. HAH! not happening O=])
Mei Yen won Belle of the Night. But, she deserved it. Being gorgeous with her dress and hair and everything =]. We (alot of Kai) were cheering her on while she modeled her Dragonfruit. HAHA!
That night we hung out at UPR and got back to the hotel at around 2. We stayed up till 5 in the morning just getting spazzy really. Were taking pictures at 430 when the manager suddenly came knocking on our door. LOL! Guess we were too noisy =P. But he finally went away cuz we just stayed quiet (Cept Kai and Mei who were just giggling insanely! Lol)
Next morning awoke at 8. Definitely not enough sleep. We checked out and went to Gurney and had lunch at Manila's. My pasta thingy was pretty good! Went home at 2. well not really. I went to Tesco. Me and my mum got amused just comparing prices between the Tesco products and normal ones. We save so much! Yeah, I know what you're thinking: LIKE HELLO?! WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN LIVING? =P

When I finally got home I crashed on the couch till dinner time where I ate and went back to sleep. I woke up the next morning and my bus just came. HAH! I didn't panic at all really. Just stared at my brother when he told/woke me with a b l a n k expression. Oh welll. Good thing my bro has turned nocturnal (only sleeping at 8 in the morning O.o crazyyyy) so he took me to school. I was still Zombiefied though. Assembly was terrible since they got this guy to give a talk on something or another (I only heard 1 or 2 words before I fell asleep). I had no idea what was up with the whole school because they were cheering over the smallestASS thing ie. somebody getting a post in some Ko-op club. WOAHHH SO Amazing? Pshhh. okay that's kinda evil, but cmon, it's headache inducing. They get excited over the weirdest things. Me and Mon were kinda pissed.

I have sorta recovered from all that lack of sleep. But oh well! It was really awesome and I had so much FUN!
